Add or Update a Schedule

Once you have customized your view, click in the Saved Searches field (top left of the page under the main menu) to assess the list of saved searches.

Hover over the search you want to associate with the new schedule or is associated with an existing schedule you want to modify, and then click
(Add / Update Scheduler). -
Move the Schedule slider to the right
.NOTE: The search name is read-only. -
Specify the date you want to start sending this report (for the current page), the frequency, and the recipients who you want to receive the report. Recipients can also be individuals outside of your organization.
NOTE: The report is sent in .xlsx format. -
Click Save. A success message appears in the bottom right of the page.
Run a Schedule

Once you have customized your view, click in the Saved Searches field (top left of the page under the main menu) to access the list of saved searches.

Click the icon to run the scheduled report.
